March 1, 2022 - The Shelby County Chamber Ambassadors are excited to invite the public to a Ribbon Cutting at SAKS of Love, the newest Chamber member. The Ribbon Cutting will be held on Saturday, March 5th at 2:00pm. SAKS of Love is located at 193 North George Bowers Drive, in Tenaha, Texas.

December 31, 2021 (Nomination Form) - The 99th Annual Shelby County Chamber of Commerce Celebration & Awards, presented by Farmers State Bank, will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2022. We will celebrate and recognize the achievements of 2021 and welcome a new year. The theme for the Awards Celebration will be Denim and Diamonds!

December 6, 2021 - F.L. Moffett Family are hosting Hot Cocoa and A Treat on Saturday, December 11 at 10am until 11:30am at Portacool Park Basketball Courts. Activities include Hot Cocoa Bar with sweet treat, basketball with coaches, and books to take home!

November 30, 2021 - The Taste of the Holidays, Sponsored by Shelby Savings Bank will be this Thursday, December 2nd from 4:30-7:30 pm at the Windham Civic Center. It is a great way to kick off a fun holiday weekend and the December count down to Christmas.

Tickets are available for $15.00 person and will be sold at the door. Children 5 and under are free.

Come sample cuisine and wine from local restaurants and caterers and enjoy a fun festive evening. 

November 29, 2021 - The Shelby County Chamber of Commerce Santa’s Christmas Parade Committee announces the 2021 parade will be held on Saturday, December 4th beginning at 6:00pm. The Parade is presented by the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce. The theme for this year’s parade is “Christmas Through the Decades”. 

Categories for the 2021 Parade will include: Individuals, Schools, Businesses, Churches and Civic Organizations. Judges will award cash prizes to the top three places in each category. The Float Competition Sponsor is the City of Center.
