October 21, 2015 - 1  The Joaquin ISD School Board met tonight in regular session at 6:00 p.m. in the Joaquin Boardroom with the following members present: Jay Dee Cockrell (had to leave at 7:37 p.m.), Ronnie Belrose (arrived at 6:09 p.m.), Thomas Harvey, Chrisco Bragg (arrived 6:09 and Tam Hearnsberger
Board members absent:  Charles Leflett and Jimmy Hamilton

October 15, 2015 - Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of October, 2015 the Board of Trustees of the Joaquin School District will hold a regular meeting at 6:00 p.m., at the Administration building, Joaquin, Texas.

September 22, 2015 - Joaquin Elementary Beta Club is sponsoring a "Race for Recess" competition. Homeroom classes have been divided into teams.

The Ram Run or Dye has been rescheduled for November 14, 2015, at 10 A.M. We have been keeping a close watch on the weather for the past several days. It is predicted to be severe thunderstorms for Saturday morning. Safety is the most important thing, so we have made the decision to reschedule the event.

We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope that you are able to make it out November 14th - weather permitting. The Joaquin Class of 2016 is looking forward to seeing all of our runners and having a great time.
