May 30, 2023 - The 2023 Summer Reading/Discovery Program is finally here at the Fannie Brown Booth Library. Reading logs for titles or time are ready to be picked up at the Library.

Our first program will be Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 10:30am at the Library. The Fire Department of Center will be here to present a program on what firemen do and fire safety. We will have programs each Thursday at 10:30am for children ages 5-12 years of age.

April 27, 2023 - Friday, April 28, is half-price day at the Fannie Brown Booth Library Book Sale. Hardbacks will be $.50 and paperbacks will be a quarter.  Hope to see you at the sale!

April 26, 2023 - Day one at the Fannie Brown Booth Library Spring Book Sale was good, but we still have lots of good books! Hardbacks are $1 and paperbacks are $.50.

Come see what we have. You just might find that treasured book you were looking for.

April 4, 2023 - Book Sale! Book Sale! Book Sale! The Fannie Brown Booth Library will its Spring Book Sale on April 25th - 29th during regular library hours. Hardback books are $1 and paperbacks are $.50.

Donations of books and DVDs for the sale are now being accepted.

Items Not being accepted include encyclopedias, textbooks, or VHS tapes.

We look forward to seeing you at the sale.

November 4, 2022 - The Library staff would like to thank everyone who came to the book sale and bought books. Also, we thank the Friends of the Library and all the other volunteers, especially those from Shelby Savings Bank, who put in many hours in putting this sale together. The Book Sale was a huge success.

Proceeds from the book sale help the library to purchase new books!

October 14, 2022 - The Fannie Brown Booth Library is still accepting donations of books (except textbooks and encyclopedias) for the Fall Book Sale to be held October 25th - 29th.

We are especially interested in donations of children's books.
