April 20, 2020 - The Timpson Area Chamber of Commerce has established a small business supplemental fund to help our local economy by supporting our business members.

September 12, 2019 - Timpson 2019 homecoming is September 13th 2019 starting with homecoming parade at 2pm in downtown Timpson. 1pm for early school dismiss.

Homecoming festivities will start before the football game. This year we will be hosting Big Sandy starting kickoff at 7:30pm. Everyone is invited to come cheer for our home team. Come out, see old classmates and remember the days of the past when you walked the Timpson halls, played on the gridiron, marched in the band or just received and education.

October 2, 2018 - Thanks to the sponsorship of the Timpson Area Chamber of Commerce, Culpepper & Merriweather Circus, America’s Favorite Big Top Circus is coming to Timpson, TX on Tuesday, October 16th, 2018 to the Timpson SoSo City Park located on Jacob Street. Now in its 33rd edition, C&M Circus has become internationally known for quality family entertainment. 

January 11, 2018 - Timpson Area Chamber of Commerce will begin the 2018 year with its annual membership Banquet January 18th at the Community Building in SoSo Park, Timpson Texas beginning at 5:30 pm.
