March 7, 2022 - I would like to thank everyone for their kindness as I ran for County Judge. Words cannot express the gratitude for those who assisted me in the race. I wish the best for our County Judge and Shelby County. Many challenges lie ahead and it will take all of us working together to accomplish the goals our county leadership has established. To accomplish these goals we must be selfless and serve everyone, open, fair and willing to serve.

March 7, 2022 – Anglers landed five Lunkers in five days, in the process recording two new lake records and two Top-30 fish – including the seventh largest in Texas history – to close out an active February in the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department’s (TPWD)’s 2022 Toyota ShareLunker season.

March 5, 2022 - The Shelby County Livestock sale will be underway at the John D. Windham Civic Center and results will be updated during the auction as it progresses.

March 4, 2022 - I would like to express my gratitude to the people of Precinct 1 for re-electing me to serve another term as your Justice of the Peace.

I am humbled and thankful for your continued trust and confidence as we embark on the next four years of this journey. Your prayers, kind words of encouragement, support and votes are greatly appreciated.

God has allowed us to be part of His plan for our county, and I will do my best to be fair and respectful to each person that I serve. Thank you!

March 3, 2022 – Anglers across the state look forward to hitting the water each spring for the annual white bass spawning run upstream from reservoirs into rivers and creeks. Whether it be fishing on the bank, motorized boat, or paddle craft, the white bass run can provide an exciting day on the water for new and seasoned anglers alike.
