February 15, 2016 - The President has ordered flags at half-staff in honor of Associate Justice of the US, Antonin Scalia from now until sunset on the day of interment.

If you have other flags flying with the US Flag they too should be lowered as no flag should ever be higher that the US Flag. Flags that cannot be lowered can have a black ribbon or cord tied to the top of the staff to show respect.

February 15, 2016 - I am Willis Blackwell, current Sheriff of Shelby County.  I am seeking re-election in the Republican Primary.  I would first like to thank the voters of Shelby County for electing me a little over 3 years ago to serve this county.
