Notice is hereby given that the polling places listed below will be open from 7:00 a. m. to 7:00 p. m., on Saturday, May 07, 2016, for voting in a general election to elect 2 school board trustee members.

March 28, 2016 - LUFKIN – A construction project in San Augustine is scheduled to begin this week that will improve safety and maneuverability along US 96.

Representatives from Moore Brothers, contractor for the project, and other sub-contractors met with TxDOT officials in a pre-construction meeting that signaled the beginning of the $7.3 million project. The meeting was held at the Lufkin District’s Nacogdoches Area Office.
