April 19, 2024 - The Fine Arts Department at the Excelsior School invites you to an evening of art and music to celebrate Springtime. Our annual Spring show will take place on Thursday, May 2, at 6:30 PM in the gymnasium at Excelsior. Works of art by the Excelsior students will be on display in the art gallery, and the music students will be presenting a program of vocal music. The art show is curated by Nancy Dickerson, and the musical is lead by Tim Verner. Admission is free of charge.

April 9, 2024 - Excelsior ISD will be canceling school tomorrow Wednesday, April 9, due to the possibility of hazardous road conditions and in order to keep our students and staff safe.

October 13, 2023 - Excelsior PTO has set the date for our annual Halloween Carnival to Saturday, October 21st from 6pm to 9pm in the school gym at 11270 State Highway 7 West.

Students from Brock competed in the Shelby County Ag Mechanics Foundation Build-off and were awarded first place for their accomplishment in the event.

August 16, 2023 - The Excelsior ISD announces today it will continue its policy to operate the Community Eligibility Program (CEP) under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2023/2024 school year. Schools qualifying to operate CEP serve breakfast and lunch to all children at no charge and eliminate the collection of meal applications for free, reduced-price, and paid student meals. This approach reduces the burdens for both families and school administrators and helps ensure that students receive nutritious meals.
