August 6, 2021 - Joaquin ISD is required to collect and report the socioeconomic status of each student to the Texas Education Agency for purposes of the annual state accountability ratings and for federal reporting. This form will be given at the time of registration. It can also be found here:

July 28, 2021 - During the upcoming Ram Youth Football Camp, July 29 - 30, the Joaquin Athletic Boosters will be offering delicious grilled hamburger baskets (fries and a drink included) for $10. This is a fundraiser for the booster club benefiting all JISD sports and athletes. Let the booster club cook your dinner while supporting a great cause!

July 19, 2021 - Joaquin ISD will host Meet the Teacher on August 5, 2021 at the following times: 

• Elementary Meet the Teacher: 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. 
• Junior High & High School Meet the Teacher: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

July 13, 2021 - The Joaquin ISD School Board met July 12, 2021 in regular session at 6pm in the Joaquin Boardroom with the following members present: Chrisco Bragg, Jason Harvey, Jeff Hamilton, Jacob Kay, Ronnie Belrose (phone), and Jeff Cater. Board member absent was Brandon Neal. No guests were present. Joaquin ISD employees present were Ryan Fuller, Superintendent; Joel Bumback, Director of Finance; Terri Gray, Jr. High/High School Principal, Bubba Carrington, Elementary Principal; Kathy Carrington, Special Education Director.

July 7, 2021 - Due to the overwhelmingly positive response of our students’ participation for the field trips and the facilities not being able to accommodate the number of students, chaperones, and parents wanting to attend, parents are NOT going to be able to attend any of the field trips.
