April 3, 2025 - Joaquin ISD is pleased to announce the achievements of its UIL Academic Team at the District 23-AA competition held last Wednesday at the SFASU Student Center. Students from Joaquin High School secured numerous top placements.

Regionals will be held on April 25th at Panola College. We congratulate the following students who have qualified:

Individual Competition:

March 3, 2025 - The Joaquin High School Girls Powerlifting Team competed in the Region 3 Championships 1A/2A against 37 schools at Commerce High School on February 28, 2025. Three Joaquin lifters placed in the Regional Meet. Paloma Salvador placed 7th in her class with a total weight of 660, Squat 250, Bench Press 150, and Dead Lift 260. Emma Barton placed 8th in her class with a total weight of 695, Squat 265, Bench Press 155, and Dead Lift 275.

January 22, 2025 - Joaquin ISD board of trustees will hold a public hearing during their regular monthly meeting at 6pm on Monday, February 10, 2025. The 2023-24 Annual Performance Report/TAPR will be discussed during the hearing and input from the community, parents, taxpayers and general public are welcomed.

December 8, 2024 - Joaquin will face off against Ganado Thursday, December 12 at 7pm Woodforest Bank Stadium Shenandoah, Tx. All tickets $10 THSCA, 2024 Certified District Passes, Military

Fan bus information December 12th 2pm, Joaquin High School. Must be at least 18+. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult above 21 years of age.

October 18, 2024 - Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of October 2024 the Board of Trustees of the Joaquin School District will hold a regular meeting at 6pm, at the Administration building, Joaquin, Texas.
