July 21, 2016 - Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of July 2016 the Board of Trustees of the Joaquin School District will hold a regular meeting at 6:00 p.m., at the Administration building, Joaquin, Texas.

July 15, 2016 - Joaquin ISD Athletic Department is offering physicals for all student athletes grades 6-12 who did not receive one when they were offered in the spring.  They will be held on Wednesday, July 20th at 1:00 p.m. in the New HS Gym.  There is not a fee for the physical, but please bring your insurance card. 

July 1, 2016 - Come help the Joaquin FFA travel to the Texas FFA State Convention in Dallas, TX and help in the community service effort to provide backpacks and school supplies to our host city.

The event will be held at First Baptist Church Haslam from 11:00a.m. - 1:30p.m. Friday, July 8th. 

50% of the proceeds will be used for the Texas FFA Backpack Initiative, with the other 50% to be used to sponsor our trip to Convention.  

June 22, 2016 - In May, many faculty members, relatives, friends, and community member packed the Joaquin High School auditorium in order to show their support of the Class of 2016. Over $509,000 in scholarship money was given to students in order to help with the pursuit of their post-secondary goals. Because of the tremendous support of the community, students are able to continue their education after high school graduation.

June 8, 2016 - The Joaquin Lady Rams and Tenaha Lady Tigers were among four varsity basketball teams which faced off for summer league round-robin play last Tuesday, June 7th.
