Shelbyville I.S.D. Accepting Student Transfers

April 24, 2017 - Parents of students living outside the Shelbyville Independent School District who wish their children to attend Shelbyville Schools during the 2017-2018 school year must request transfer no later than May 31, 2017. This applies to both old and new transfer students. New transfers who are approved will be required to pay tuition to attend.

S.W. Carter Elementary Pre-K, Kindergarten Registration

Pre-KIndergarten and Kindergarten Registration for the 2017-2018 School Year, April 24th – April 28  

April 21, 2017 - S. W. Carter Elementary School will have pre-kindergarten and kindergarten pre-registration for the school year 2017-2018 in the principal’s office April 24 – April 28.  Registration will be held between the hours of 8:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.  

In order to register your child please bring the following:
