December 17, 2014 - The Varsity Boys Basketball team at Center High School competed with teams from the area at the Central Heights Holiday Hoopfest December 11th-13th.
For the 6th consecutive year, Tenaha ISD will host the Holiday Hoops Scholarship Classic on December 29, 30, and 31. Forty of the state’s top Class 1A, 2A, and 3A programs will descend upon Tenaha for an opportunity to battle it out on the hardwood for what has become one of Texas’ top invitational tournament trophies.
Last year’s tournament was record setting.
The Shelbyville Dragons and Garrison Bulldogs met at Dragon Stadium on a hot dry Friday night and when the dust had settled the Dragons had come away with a 31 to 22 victory.
