Tenaha ISD announces Chyenne Elyse Koller is the valedictorian for the graduating class of 2015. She is the daughter of Eric and Mary Koller and has a daughter named Trinity Elizabeth Marroquin.
April 10, 2015 - The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Heart of a Champion All-Star game is for senior high school football players nominated by their coaches. Robert Bardin is the Area Director of FCA in Northeast Texas. According to Bardin, the purpose of the game is centered around three things: To bring glory to God, to share about the ministry of FCA, and to highlight the coaches and athletes in the area.
April 9, 2015 - The Junior and Senior teams started the National Tournament off with a bang by winning their first games yesterday afternoon. The Juniors beat Frankston while the Senior boys took care of Martin's Mill.
March 31, 2015 - Tenaha’s 7th grade band will be attending UIL Concert & Sight-Reading on April 7th at Chapel Hill. The performance will be at 10:00 A.M. with Sight-Reading immediately following.
March 31, 2015 - Tenaha High School Cheerleader tryouts were held March 13th. March 26, 2015 - The Tenaha Tigers traveled to Shelbyville Tuesday and took home a hard fought win.. Tyler Davison pitched 6 outstanding innings and held the Dragons to only 3 runs. Trevin Stewart came in and closed things out in style by catching the first hit at the mound and tossing it to Hunter Wagstaff for an out . Keith Holland catching a pop fly for the second out. The final out came as Stewart caught another off the mound...Big hits came from all over the Tiger roster . Great game Tigers and well played Dragons.
March 24, 2015 - Mrs. Elizabeth Ward’s 7th grade students were assigned an article to write highlighting local stories in our area. Jared Tovar chose to interview Mr. Sours about their upcoming band competition.
