May 6, 2024 - Timpson ISD is now accepting transfers for the 2024-2025 school year. Selection is based upon established criteria of the district and available space.

March 21, 2024 - Timpson ISD announced Coach Patrick Gandy will be the new head football coach and athletic director on their Facebook page on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.

The announcement:

Timpson ISD is excited to announce that Coach Patrick Gandy will be TISD’s new head football coach and athletic director! 

Coach Gandy has been with TISD for 12 years and has held teaching, coaching, and assistant principal positions. He has served as the defensive coordinator for the THS football team for the past 5 years.
