December 8, 2022 - Timpson ISD has scheduled a substitute orientation/training for Monday, January 9, 2023, at 9 am at the Timpson ISD Event Center. The training is required each year for those who are recurring substitute teachers or new applicants. If you have never been a substitute teacher at the district, you will need to fill out an application. The application may be obtained prior to the training date at the Central office.

December 7, 2022 - Timpson ISD is accepting referrals for the Gifted and Talented program until January 3, 2023 for our annual assessment period. 

Referral forms can be found in the front o#ce of each campus and can be returned there as well.

November 14, 2022 - On November 1st, the Bear Band took to the field at Baylor University’s McLane Stadium in Waco to participate in the State Military Class 2A Marching Band Contest. Out of 9 bands marching in Prelims, Timpson advanced to the Finals. Ultimately, Timpson brought the Bronze back to Shelby County!

September 15, 2022 - Timpson High School's 2022 Homecoming will be Friday, September 23rd when the Bears will battle the Grapeland Sandies. The day will begin with the homecoming court breakfast, followed by rehearsal and the annual parade starting at 2pm. 

After the parade, there will be a community pep-rally on the square. Community floats are encouraged and welcome!
