Update of Timpson ISD Stadium Rules

September 26, 2023 - Please read over the following updates regarding the Timpson ISD stadium:

For those who plan on attending any football games at John Herbert Eakin Stadium, please be aware that Timpson ISD will no longer allow any outside food or drink into the stadium. This rule applies to all Timpson ISD events at the stadium, including the homecoming game this Friday. There are concession stands located on either end of the stadium that have several food and drink options.

Timpson ISD Ticketing Update

September 6, 2023 - After Monday, September 11, cash will no longer be accepted at any TISD sporting event. Tickets will only be available through the online box office or by debit/credit card purchase at the gates. The box office can be found on the Timpson ISD website under “Departments” or at the link below.

Timpson ISD Substitute Teacher Orientation

September 1, 2023 - There will be a Substitute Teacher Orientation on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in the Timpson ISD Central Office Boardroom. If you have questions, contact Sherri Strahan at 936/254-2463 Ext. 4100 or Direct Dial 936/558-4100. For new subs, an application must be obtained from Sherri in the Central Office prior to the orientation.

Timpson ISD Converting to Electronic Tickets

August 22, 2023 - Timpson ISD is converting to electronic tickets beginning Thursday, August 24, 2023. Please read the following information carefully on how to purchase tickets.

Tickets are available to purchase for iOS and Android devices. Download the HomeTown Fan App for quick and easy access. Tickets purchased through the HomeTown app will be scanned at the home and visitor gates.

Timpson ISD Students Get Head Start at College

August 17, 2023 - Timpson ISD students are getting a head start at their college careers through Timpson’s dual credit program. Timpson ISD partners with Panola Junior College to offer students the chance to take college classes while still in high school.

Timpson Bears Reserved Football Seats, Senior Passes

August 4, 2023 - Timpson ISD will begin selling reserved football seating on Monday, August 7, 2023. If you wish to keep your reserved seats you had for the 2022-2023 football season, be sure and go to the Central Office and see Sherri to secure your seats for the upcoming 2023-2024 football season. Please do this BEFORE Tuesday, August 22 so your seats will not possibly be purchased by another person. And remember, Event Center parking will be available for reserved ticket holders, senior citizen pass holders and Timpson ISD staff.

Back to School Supply Distribution

July 27, 2023 - 3P’s is hosting a Back to School Supply Distribution August 7, 2023, from 8 am until 11am.

The distribution will be held at 717 Southview Circle in Center with drive-thru pickup convenience.

Back to School Vaccine Clinic Set for July 24th

July 19, 2023 - Aurora Concepts is hosting a Back to School Vaccine Clinic on July 24th from 10am to 2pm at the Center Clinic, 233 Hurst Street, Suite B (behind the front clinic), Center, Texas 75935.

Timpson ISD Substitute Training/Orientation

June 28, 2023 - Timpson ISD has scheduled a substitute orientation/training for Monday, July 24, 2023, at 9 am at the Timpson ISD Event Center. The training is required each year for those who are recurring substitute teachers or new applicants. If you have never been a substitute teacher at the district, you will need to fill out an application. The application may be obtained prior to the training date at the Central office.
