Tenaha ISD Students, Band Visit Local Nursing Home

December 19, 2025 - Students from Tenaha ISD recently visited a local nursing home to spread holiday cheer through music and service. Members of the school band performed a selection of Christmas songs, creating a festive atmosphere for residents and staff.

Tenaha's Ramirez Edges Out Competition for Cross Country State Gold

November 1, 2025 - Tenaha's Adrian Ramirez edges out Bosqueville's Cristiano Tinoco to win the 2A Cross Country Championship Saturday in Round Rock, Texas.

Tenaha ISD 2nd Annual Turkey Trot Fun Run

October 30, 2025 - Make Plans to Attend the 2nd Annual Turkey Trot Fun Run at Tenaha ISD - Students and Parents Thursday, November 20th.

Races will be held during the students' regular P.E. times.

All student runners will receive a race medal.

Shelby County Marching Bands Take Field at Region 21 Contest

October 20, 2025 - This past weekend, five fine marching bands from Shelby County proudly represented our schools at the University Interscholastic League Region 21 Marching Band Contest in Longview, Texas. Each band brought their energy, discipline, and hard-earned preparation to the field.
