July 27, 2016 - Mr. A. J. Procell of Joaquin was interviewed by Channel 3 News from Shreveport yesterday. Mr. Procell is a World War II Navy Veteran who served aboard the USS North Carolina and was in Tokyo Bay on September 2, 1945 and witnessed the signing of the formal Japanese surrender.
His interview is scheduled to air Sunday evening, July 31st on the 9 and 10 o’clock news. Be sure to watch or record.
