July 14, 2017 - The monthly meeting of the piney woods photographic Society will be held this Saturday, July 15, 2017 beginning at 9 AM until 12 PM.

June 16, 2017 - The Piney Woods Photographic Society (PWPS) will be holding a regular monthly meeting tomorrow Saturday, June 17th at the Methodist church on Porter Street in Center at 9 am until 12 pm. Plan to attend for a very interesting workshop about "What is Bokeh and how to get it". The June challenge will feature "Water" photography. For more info contact Billie Jones 936-591-2426.

April 22, 2017 - The PWPS held their monthly meeting April 8th. The April Challenge was "Window Light" and challenging it was! Congratulations to the Challenge winners. After the Challenge and discussion, a field trip was taken to Buster Bounds recording studio, which proved to be very informative and was enjoyed by all. Thank you Buster.

March 8, 2017 - The Piney Woods Photographic Society (PWPS) will be holding their regular monthly meeting Saturday, March 18, 2017, at the First United Methodist Church, on Porter St. in Center, Tx.  The meeting will be from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. There will be a workshop featuring subjects on Lightroom Tips and Tricks. Specializing in how to develop your own pictures. The Club's monthly challenge will present photographs depicting "Texture". All camera enthusiast are welcome to attend.

The PWPS will be holding their December meeting Saturday, December 17, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church, on Porter St. Center, TX.  9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. this will be the Christmas gathering and all members and guests are invited to attend.

Members are encouraged to bring their favorite finger food and favorite friend. Anyone who uses a camera or wants to learn how to use their camera is invited to attend.
