February 26, 2024 - Over the week of February 18th through 24th the Joaquin Volunteer Fire Department had 3 calls. Here’s a summary of the week’s events.
Friday at 12:12pm a call came in for a male involved in a ATV accident with a potential broken ankle. The JVFD med team responded to render aid before Allegiance EMS arrived to see to the patient. The ATV rider opted out of being transported by ambulance to a hospital.

January 22, 2023 - Over the week of January 14th through 20th the Joaquin Volunteer Fire Department received 8 separate calls. Here’s a summary of the week’s events.
Thursday had three calls including a fall patient on Connell’s Ferry Road at 11:42am, a student having a seizure at the Joaquin High School at 1:10pm, and a person with injuries sustained from a fall on County Road 3405 at 4:54pm

December 5, 2023 - The Joaquin Volunteer Fire Department held its annual Christmas Banquet on Saturday, December 2nd. During the banquet a few awards were given out to members who displayed outstanding service throughout the year.
Stephen Ewing presented the award for “Most Calls Made” to Michael Parker.
