July 13, 2021 - Huxley Helping Hands will have a drive thru food pantry, Saturday July 17, 2021 at Hillcrest Baptist Church, Center, TX at 9 am. Only (1) box per household will be given and I.D. is required. Must be in line by 9:30 am to receive a box.

Lydia Missionary Baptist Church Revival

July 6, 2021 - Lydia Missionary Baptist Church Revival starts Sunday, July 11 at 11am and 6pm with Bro. Harrell Noble and the Powell Family. The revival continues nightly at 7pm Monday, July 12 through Thursday, July 15.

May 5, 2021 - Molly Windham has been competing in academic UIL since she was in elementary school. As a freshman, at the district meet she competed in One Act Play and all five journalism events: News Writing, Feature Writing, Editorial Writing, Headline Writing, and Copy Editing.

Shelbyville HS Senior Trey Smith Medals at 2A UIL Non-Speech State Meet

May 5, 2021 - Trey Smith has been competing in academic UIL since he was in elementary school. As a freshman, he placed third in Accounting, was a member of the second place Accounting team, and competed at the 2A Academic UIL Regional Meet in Accounting.
