January 22, 2016 - Shelbyville Athletic Booster Club will meet on Tuesday, February 2 at 6:00 pm in the Middle School. We will be electing new officers.

January 14, 2016 - Huxley Helping Hands, a local mission group from the Huxley Community, is holding a food pantry for the residents of Shelby county on January 16, 2016 at Hillcrest Baptist Church; 901 Southview Circle Center, Texas. Sign-in starts at 9:00 am and will run until food is gone. Identification and proof of residencey is required. Only one (1) box per household will be given.

December 17, 2015 - Members of the Shelbyville Middle School and High School Bands earned chairs in the ATSSB Region 21 All Region Band. The students competed against other students from classes 1A-4A to earn chairs in the band. Students that earn chairs in the All Region Band will perform in a concert on Saturday January 16th at Chapel Hill High School in Chapel Hill, TX. The students earning chairs are as follow:

December 8, 2015 - Huxley Helping Hands, a local mission group from the Huxley community, are hosting a food pantry for the residents of Shelby Count. It will be held the second Saturday of December 2015. Proof of residency and identification will be required! Only ONE box per household will be given out. Sign in starts at 9:00am on December 12, 2015 and will run until food is gone. The food pantry will be held at Hillcrest Baptist Church, located at 901 Southview Circle Center, TX.
