December 5, 2023 - The James Antioch Community will have their Christmas gathering on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 5:30 pm in the James Antioch Community Building. We will be drawing for the 3 quilts from the tickets sold for those quilts. We will have a gift exchange among members present. Be sure to bring a gift if you want to participate. Food will be provided. Come and enjoy being together. 

November 6, 2023 - The WoodmenLife Lodge 250 will have a meeting on Monday, November 20, 2023 in the meeting room of the Shelby County Extension building. We start at 6pm and have a business meeting and decide on projects to serve the community. Let one of the officers know if you plan to come so we have enough food for all. We hope to see you!

October 25, 2023 - The members of the James Antioch community are serving a meal on Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 11am to 1pm and from 4pm to 6pm. Meals available are Chicken and Dumplings with Cornbread and Chili with crackers for $8.00 per meal. Plates include cookies and an ice cold drink.

May 10, 2023 - Chapter 250 of WoodmenLife will meet on Monday, May 15, 2023 in the Shelby County Ag Extension Meeting room at 6:00 PM. We will be giving scholarships to High School Seniors who are members of WoodmenLife. These will be students who graduate this year and who plan to further their education in college or trade school. April 6, 2023 - Woodmen Life Chapter 500 will have a business meeting on April 17, 2023. They meet in the meeting room of the Shelby County Extension office starting at 6pm.

All members are welcome to attend.
