April 20, 2018 - Joaquin Elementary Students participated in the PASTA FOR PENNIES program with the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society again this year. The dates were March 19, 2018-April 6, 2018. LLS helps to find a cure for blood cancers and improve the quality of life for patients and their families. Every 3 minutes someone is diagnosed with blood cancer. Every 9 minutes someones loses that battle. Blood cancers can affect any age, from babies to the elderly.

Joaquin Elementary Students collected a total of $2,730.04. 

April 4, 2018 - The Joaquin High School Softball game that was cancelled yesterday vs. Cushing will be played today (4/4) at Joaquin, 5pm.

March 28, 2018 - 1 The Joaquin ISD School Board met tonight in regular session at 4:00 p.m. in the Joaquin Boardroom with the following members present: Chrisco Bragg, Tam Hearnsberger, Jeff Cater, Bill Mason, Jr., Brandon Neal and Thomas Harvey

Board members absent: Ronnie Belrose

March 23, 2018 - The Joaquin HS Softball game scheduled for tonight (March 23rd at 5pm vs Gary) has been cancelled due to forfeit by the opposing school.

March 9, 2018 - Back to Back Regional Champion Desere Cooper. Desere competed in the 2018 Regional Power Lifting Championships this past weekend in Fairfield, Texas.
