December 4, 2017 - Tigers versus Timpson! State Quarterfinal for the Region III title! Join us as we cheer the Tenaha Tigers on to another round of Football Play Offs!
Tenaha ISD would like to invite everyone to join the Tigers for their Black Out Pep Rally to be held Thursday, December 7th, at 3:05 in the Special Events Center!
The game will take place later that evening. Kick Off at 7pm at Carthage Bulldog Stadium. Tickets will be $7 for adults and $5 for students with no presale tickets available.
November 16, 2017 - Each month teachers nominate students that exhibit outstanding qualities in and out of the classroom. Students that are featured each month display leadership skills, inspires others to excel and are committed to promoting a positive attitude towards achieving their goals.
Tenaha ISD is excited to present the October Students of the Month.
November 7, 2017 - Please join us in honoring our Veterans. Tenaha ISD will hold their annual Veterans Day Program Friday, November 10, at 9am in the Tenaha High School Cafetorium.
There will be a special presentation from Larry Hume with the Shelby County VFW. Kindergarten and 1st grade will be presenting a song and the 2nd grade will be performing a skit. The Roarin’ Band from Tiger Land will be playing at the event.
All veterans and current service members are invited to this special event. A reception will follow program.
October 30, 2017 - The Tenaha BETA club will conduct a canned food drive beginning November 6th and ending November 15th. Please drop off any canned food item to the Tenaha High School office during this time.
October 30, 2017 - Everyone is invited to attend Tenaha ISD’s annual Veterans Day Program. The Program will be held Friday, November 10, 2017 at the Tenaha High School’s Cafetorium and will begin at 9am.
Please join us as we honor those that have proudly served our country.
October 17, 2017 - Ms. Slaughter’s first grade students at Tenaha Elementary School are participating in a program called XtraMath. The goal of this program is to increase speed and accuracy in arithmetic.

October 12, 2017 - Homecoming will proceed as scheduled. Due to injuries, Mount Enterprise has to forfeit, but Kipp Northeast Academy out of Houston has agreed to fill in! Join us for a great day of fellowship, fun, football, and Tiger Tradition. This year’s theme is “Tiger Tough, Texas Strong!”
There will be a Homecoming Pep Rally Friday, Oct. 13th at 10:30 in The Pit. School will release at 11:30.
