October 3, 2018 - The Center Tennis Team swat the Hudson Hornets with 19 match wins to 0 (25-0 with extra matches played). This will improve the Riders record to 9-2 and clinch the District Championship.

The playoffs are set to begin with BiDistrict on October 15 vs Rusk. Center, Tennis 

October 1, 2018 - The Center ISD National Honor Society (NHS) will be doing "Paint Your Parking Spot" on Saturday, October 6 from 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, October 7 from 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. in the CHS Student Parking Lot. The parking lot will be blocked off to all vehicle traffic on those days. Events at CHS Roughrider Stadium on Saturday and Sunday should plan to park at FLM.

September 25, 2018 - The annual Center ISD student-led 'See You at the Pole' event will be held Wednesday, September 26.

September 20, 2018 - In accordance with 34 CFR 300.573 Destruction of Information, Center ISD Special Services will destroy Special Education records of student who have been inactive, dismissed, withdrawn and/or graduated since 2011, or older. This destruction will take place on October 23, 2018.

Parents are reminded that Special Education records may be needed by the student or parents for social security benefits or other purposes. A record of each student’s name, last known address, date of birth, and other data will be maintained by Center ISD Special Services.
