Center HS Boys Soccer Places 1st at New Summerfield

February 3, 2015 - The Center Roughrider Boys Varsity Soccer team played in the New Summerfield tournament on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, January 29th-31st. Breezing through the first day of competition, the Riders advanced to the championship game against Tatum. The Riders claimed the victory and First Place 9-1 over the Eagles.

Center HS Lady Rider Soccer Team Places 3rd in Tournament

February 2, 2015 - The Center Lady Rider Soccer team competed in the the New Summerfield tournament last weekend. They played well and fought hard, earning them the 3rd place title.

For example, "Don't Spill the Beans," or "Easy as Pie." On Friday, January 16th, to celebrate all of the idioms they learned during their study, they had an Idiom Parade.

Center Second Graders Visit Local Banks

January 21, 2015 - On January 20th, the Second Graders at Center Elementary School went on a field trip to the local banks. This is a part of the finance unit they are studying. Students were able to take a tour of the bank, learn the history of the bank and were even given a special gift.

January 16, 2015 - The Center High School Powerlifting team competed in their first meet at the Diboll Invitational on Thursday, January 15, 2015. The team did a fantastic job and set the bar high for the remainder of the season.
