March 4, 2015 - Eight members on the Center High School Boys Powerlifting team have qualified for the Regional Powerlifting Meet in Rusk. They will weigh in on Wednesday, March 4th and lift on Thursday, March 5th.

Qualifying lifters are: Witt Dockens, Jacarlos Hall, Devincent Hoyt, Joe King, Denzel Moore, Daniel Rodriguez, Hairo Salazar, and Brendan Stanley.

February 26, 2015 - Center Elementary recently hosted a Math-A-Thon. St. Jude Math-A-Thon is a school based fundraiser that benefits St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Since 1962, St. Jude has treated children who are battling cancer and other deadly diseases, and no family ever receives a bill from St. Jude.

February 25, 2015 - Center FFA works hard to build leadership, scholarship and character, as well as, to teach marketable job skills in the youth of Center, Texas. We are building a program that provides FFA members the opportunity to learn marketable skills that will benefit them beyond high school, while at the same time, building self-confidence, leadership, communication skills and record-keeping skills.

February 19, 2015 - Center Middle School Junior Beta Club attended the annual Texas State Convention held in Grapevine, Texas on February 16-17, 2015 at The Texas Gaylord.
