May 16, 2018 - Many faculty members, relatives, friends, and community members packed the JHS auditorium in order to show their support of the Class of 2018. Numerous scholarships were given to the seniors, in order to help them continue their post-secondary education.

May 11, 2018 - Notice is hereby given that in accordance with 34CFR 300.573, Joaquin Independent School District intends to destroy the records of all students who have not had any recorded action with Joaquin I.S.D. Special Education at the end of five (5) years. 

May 4, 2018 - The Joaquin Track Team of 4 boys won the Region 3 2A Track Meet! 

The 4x100m relay team of Connor Bragg, Keith Johnson, Hunter Gates, and Gunner Nelson took 1st place advancing them to the state meet. 

May 3, 2018 - Joaquin High School is pleased to announce the 2017-2018 Students of the Year. This award is given every year to one boy and one girl from each class who best represent Joaquin High School. 

April 25, 2018 - Joaquin Rams vs. West Sabine, Friday, May 4th at 7:00 pm at Nacogdoches HS - One game. Admission $4.00 for adults $2.00 for students.
