February 12, 2018 - The Joaquin Lady Rams will be playing Douglas in the Bi-District round of the playoffs. The game is set for 7pm, Monday (2-12-18) at the Lufkin middle school gym.

February 8, 2018 - Joaquin ISD board of trustees will hold a public hearing during their regular monthly meeting at 6pm on Monday, February 19, 2018. The 2016-17 Annual Performance Report will be discussed during the hearing and input from the community, parents, taxpayers and general public are welcomed.  

This report includes the Teas Academic Performance Report (TAPR), PEIMS financial reports, accreditation status, campus performance objectives, violent and criminal incidents, and student performance in postsecondary institutions. 

February 6, 2018 - Phil Worsham Superintendent of Joaquin ISD, was presented the Annie Ozella Jones Memorial Scholarship as well as the Billy E. Hibbs Safety Award from Claims Administrative Services while attending the TASA Midwinter Conference.

January 16, 2018 - Joaquin HS Basketball Games have been cancelled for tonight January 16, with Tenaha. They have been rescheduled for Wednesday, January 17, at 5 p.m. Varsity games only.
