September 27, 2018 - Excelsior ISD is dismissing school at 1:30 p.m. today (September 27) due to no water. Parents may begin picking up their students at this time...buses will run at 1:30 p.m.

September 20, 2018 - Commissioner Charles Barr will be closing a portion of County Road 3047 for bridge repair from Monday, September 24 through Friday afternoon, September 28. 

Closure will be from the intersection of County Road 3012 and continue on past the bridge.

September 22, 2018 - A portion of a large tree fell across Nacogoches Street near Houston Street in Center on September 22, 2018 beside the old elementary school. 

September 19, 2018 - State Highway 87 South was the scene of a two-vehicle crash involving a baby on Wednesday, September 19, 2018. 

September 19, 2018 - Updated: Luis Alberto Ruiz was located September 19, 2018, in Georgetown and arrested by the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office. His arrest was made possible by tips from the community which led Williamson County officers to his location.
