January 5, 2016 - My name is Ricky Allen, and I would like to announce my candidacy for Sheriff in the Republican primary of Shelby County.

I grew up and currently reside in Timpson, Texas and attended Timpson ISD from first grade through graduation. After I graduated in 1971, I attended Panola College for two years. I’m the son of L.G. and Billie Joy Allen of Timpson. I’m married to Brenda Allen and have three children, Michael, Katie, and Jacob. I also have six grandchildren.

I, Roy Cheatwood, candidate for Constable Pct. 3 was raised in Logansport, Louisana where I attended Logansport High School. I married Jackie McFadden of Joaquin. We have 2 sons, 1 daughter and 3 grandchildren.
