January 21, 2021 - Over the past nine years, the Shelby County CAC Princess Ball has grown into a highly anticipated and well attended event in our community. We want to make our 10th annual Princess Ball extra special, so we have decided to postpone the event until February 2022. In doing so, we hope to ensure that all attendees can enjoy the event without worrying about the safety of their loved ones. We appreciate all of the community support of the Princess Ball and we look forward to seeing everyone in 2022!
January 18, 2021 - The virtual challenge for January "Photographers Choice" always has been one of my favorites. It gives each photographer the chance to show their favorite style of photography. Club members enjoyed a variety of Photography styles to select from for favorites.

January 11, 2021 - San Augustine actually had a beautiful snow last night. Our backyard birds flew into their suet and grain in numbers I had never seen. I am sure there were fifty or more. I took a lot of their pics this morning and I am glad I got an early start. It is ten o’clock and the snow is quickly melting.
January 10, 2021 - Due to the spike in Covid 19 cases, the Piney Woods Photographic Society January meeting has been cancelled. There will be a virtual monthly challenge “Photographers Choice” to be viewed on the club Flickr Page - https://www.flickr.com/groups/pineywoodsphotographic/
PWPS encourages everyone to stay safe and be considerate of others and hopefully February will be a better outlook.
