Lived and worked in Houston, Tx for about twenty years. Back home since 2001. Was a member of the 2005 Shelby county Leadership class. Retired from nursing in 2009. Looking forward to serving. Encouraging everyone to get out and vote.

After all, doctors are concerned with promoting, maintaining, or restoring human health through the study, diagnosis, and treatment of disease, injury, and other physical and mental impairments. Thus, we sometime tend to place them upon a pedestal for special admiration.

James Antioch Community Thanks Fundraiser Supporters

February 19, 2018 - The James Antioch Community thanks all those who helped make our Gumbo Dinner Fundraiser a profitable event. Thanks to those who came to buy Chicken Gumbo. And thanks to the candidates who came and spent time talking to us just like they were our best friends.  

Thanks to those who bid on the homemade cakes and pies which were provided by neighbors and friends. We invite neighbors to come and enjoy the monthly meetings held at the Community Building.

Center ISD Flag Program Alert

February 19, 2018 - Flag program alert! Center ISD is taking proactive measures to disinfect and deep clean all district buildings and buses to support the positive health of students and staff. The district is closed until Tuesday, February 20th; staff and students will not be on campus while the cleaning process is occurring.

February 16, 2018 - My name is Kevin Foster and I am a Republican Candidate for Shelby County Commissioner Precinct 4.

I am a Shelby County native. I grew up in Tennessee community, where I continue to reside with my wife and family. Having grown up in this area, I am familiar with the roads as well as my neighbors that live on them. I am proud to be from this area, and that is because of the kind of people that live here.
