February 9, 2016 - The Joaquin Athletic boosters are now selling Lady Ram Playoff shirts!!!  This is the first time the Lady Rams have made the playoffs since 1999!  The shirts will be charcoal heather and are offered in T-Shirt ($16), Long-Sleeve ($20 and Hoodie ($28). Shirts are offered in sizes ranging from Youth XS and Adult XXXL. Money is due Wednesday, February 10, by noon.  Shirts will be passed out Tuesday.

February 3, 2016 - Last day for registration for Joaquin Youth Sports at Word of Faith Gym is Saturday, February 13 from 10am-2pm.

*All boys must be 5 years old by April 30, 2016 in order to play.
*All girls must be 5 years old by January 1, 2016 in order to play.

****Fees--- $85 for first child, $80 for second child, $35 for third child with a cap at $200.

Please bring your child with you to sign ups to try on uniforms. You will also need to bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate.

January 28, 2016 - Joaquin Youth Sports will be holding a meeting to elect officers and discuss the upcoming 2016 baseball/softball season. The meeting will be held at Word Of Faith Church on Monday February 1, 2016 at 6:30pm. We encourage anyone who may be interested to please attend.

January 24, 2016 - The Joaquin ISD School Board met January 19, 2016 in regular session at 6:00 p.m. in the Joaquin Boardroom with the following members present: Jay Dee Cockrell, Charles Leflett, Thomas Harvey, Tam Hearnsberger, Chrisco Bragg(arrived 6:15 p.m.), and Jimmy Hamilton. Board members absent were Ronnie Belrose. Guest present was Amy Kadlecek, Policy Consultant, Texas Association of School Boards. Joaquin ISD Employees present were Phil Worsham, Superintendent; Joel Bumback, Director of Finance; Kathy Carrington, Special Education Director; Terri Gray, Jr.
