Effective March 2, 2020 Until Further Notice

February 19, 2020 - I am Willis Blackwell, currently your Shelby County Sheriff. As I prepare to retire from 45+ years of law enforcement, I would love to continue my service to the citizens of Shelby County as Commissioner of Precinct 3. The word “retire” is simply a figure of speech.
