2025 Property Appraisal Notices Have Been Mailed!

May 9, 2025 - You may soon receive a Notice of Appraised Value (NAV) from the Shelby County Appraisal District.

The appraisal district mailed the 2025 appraisal notices on May 8, 2025 for properties only increasing in value more than $1,000. If you do not receive a 2025 Notice of Appraised Value, it is because your value either stayed the same or went down in Market Value for 2025.
