January 26, 2021 - State Highway 87 just west of Shelbyville was the scene of a major single-vehicle crash Sunday, January 24, 2021.

Update: According to the Texas DSHS Covid-19 Dashboard, the only change since Saturday's report was the addition of 7 new recoveries and a new active case count of 230.

January 21, 2021 - The Texas COVID-19 Dashboard added 14 new cases of COVID-19 and 62 new estimated recoveries lowering the active case count to 127.

Of the new cases, 6 were confirmed cases and 8 were probable cases.

January 21st (4:05pm) Numbers:

Total Probable Cases - 529 (8 new cases)
Total Fatalities - 46
Total Estimated Active Cases - 127

January 20, 2021 - Hurst Street in Center was the scene of a two-vehicle crash Wednesday, January 20, 2021.

At around 4:50pm officers responded to the crash location at the intersection of Hurst Street and Cass-Caid Drive where two vehicles remained in the middle of the roadway.
