October 8, 2015 - We are writing to let everyone know that there will be a combined 4-H monthly meeting for the month of October. All three clubs, Center, Joaquin, and Shelbyville will have their meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at the First Baptist Church, Felllowship Hall at 6:00PM in Center Texas.

We will be having a guest speaker at this meeting. Please make every effort to attend this meeting. We think that it will be a very informative meeting.

September 25, 2015 - Shelbyville High School held its Homecoming on Friday, September 18, 2015. The parade was held prior to the pep rally, and the coronation took place before Friday night's victory against Colmesneil.

Senior Ruth Anna Blaire Deal, daughter of Jimmy and Kim Deal, was crowned homecoming queen by the previous year's queen, Savannah Talbert. Kindergarten student Dallas Jones served as crown-bearer, and high school principal Mario Osby presented roses to the newly crowned queen.

September 11, 2015 - The vote is in! The Duchess and Queen candidates have been chosen by the student body of Shelbyville High School. Over the next week, each student will campaign for victory. Mark your calendars for Sept. 18th at 7:00 PM for the Homecoming game!
