Flat Fork Water Supply Rescinds Boil Water Notice

May 27, 2026 - The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the Flat Fork Water Supply Corp. public water system, TX2100007, to issue a Boil Water Notice on May 15, 2026, for Hwy 96-south of the Country Club, CR 3765, CR 4350, and Cedar Creek subdivision to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, the water from this public water system was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.

May 22, 2026 - Dear Center High School Families and Community, Due to worsening weather conditions and the forecast now showing a 90%+ chance of rain and thunderstorms, tonight’s graduation ceremony will be moved to the Coliseum.

We exhausted every effort to hold the ceremony at the stadium, but unfortunately the weather is not expected to cooperate. Our priority is ensuring a safe and enjoyable celebration for our graduates and guests.
