Cresensian Ararellano Garcia was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity, first degree felony. The indictment alleges on March 22, 2017 with intent to establish, maintain, or participate in a combination or in the profits of a combination, with the combination consisting of Garcia and J.G., K.A., and C.A.
