November 4, 2022 - The Library staff would like to thank everyone who came to the book sale and bought books. Also, we thank the Friends of the Library and all the other volunteers, especially those from Shelby Savings Bank, who put in many hours in putting this sale together. The Book Sale was a huge success.

Carter found over five thousand artifacts, including a solid gold coffin. It remains the greatest archaeological discovery of all time. A tremendous treasure.
