I've been thinking about beginnings and endings.
On January 5,1954, a young truck driver walked into Sun Studio in Memphis and made a recording. Elvis Presley went on to sell 500 million records, but that was the first one.

There's so much negative news as we start a new year - thought you might like something funny and sweet for today's devotion. A third-grade teacher, as a class project, asked her students to write letters . . . to God. The results were hilarious and heartwarming. Here's a few of them.

This morning we look at a song that we sing all year round, but that most people don't realize is a Christmas song.
December 19, 2023 - Good Morning! It's Tuesday, December 19.
Today we share a story behind the beloved Christmas spiritual "Go, Tell it On the Mountain!"
In 1866, right after the end of the Civil War, a college was founded in Nashville called Fisk University.
